AI use and provider transparency.
The AI transparency record defines intended use, human authority, provider disclosure, data boundaries and limitations for BLACK& AI-supported systems.
Record status
Owner: BLACK& technology and governance functions. Version: 1.0. Public status: transparency framework. Last reviewed: 15 July 2026.
AI use inventory
The public portfolio includes AI-supported research, intelligence, company-formation and operating-workflow concepts. A system enters the public inventory only when its intended use, owner, model or provider class, data boundary, human authority and operating status have been approved for disclosure.
Provider transparency
Model providers and material service dependencies are disclosed at the system level after contractual, security and publication review. BLACK& does not infer an enduring provider relationship from a prototype or public code reference.
Human authority
AI output supports authorized judgment. It does not independently approve legal, financial, employment, security, investment or Board decisions. High-consequence use requires a defined accountable human and escalation path.
Data boundary and limitations
Confidential data is used only in approved environments with a defined purpose and access. Outputs can be incomplete or incorrect and must be evaluated against retained sources, context and intended use.
