BLACK& is founded by Bruno Mihailescu, Kaschif Ali and Adam Constantin and governed through a six-person Board designed to provide strategic oversight, review and long-term accountability.
Bruno Mihailescu
Founder of BLACK& and Data Protection Officer for the BLACK& Board Intelligence environment. He contributes to the company’s formation, governance and the responsible operation of its protected information systems.
Kaschif Ali
Founder of BLACK&. Together with the founding team, he contributes to the strategic direction, company-building agenda and long-term development of the group.
Adam Constantin
Founder of BLACK&. Together with the founding team, he contributes to the strategic direction, operating priorities and governance of the group.
The BLACK& Board
A six-person Board provides strategic oversight, reviews material decisions and protects the long-term interests of BLACK& and its shareholders. Board deliberations and member information are managed through the secure BLACK& Board environment.
